Hey! My name is Jack, and I'm looking for some fellow musicians ~ from the North East (Bishop Auckland / Darlington / Durham) area) ~ who are themselves looking for a Guitarist, Ukulele player, or a Drummer!
I am most confident on the Guitar and Ukulele, but I am reasonably okay at the Drums too!
I have all my own gear and have played in bands before!
I have plans to record and send of a CD demo, to apply for a busking license (I've only ever played in venues before, never on the street)
^ I would be playing Guitar or Ukulele, possibly have someone on the Cajon (like a box that sounds like a drum kit when it is tapped - its very easy for even first time users to play, I even have a friend who could fill in this part)
But it would still require: a vocalist (playing another accompanying instrument would be nice too, maybe a guitar etc for Busking or a bass guitar for live band stuff
I would like to find some local musicians!
Possibly record some demos, composing new music, producing and recording it all, but also doing covers etc
In previous bands I've been in and events I've helped organise, we managed to raise decent amounts of money for charity, I think it would be great to see if there's something we could all do in that regard also!
