My boyfriend and I (both in our early 20s and highly fashionable), would like to start or join a band that will eventually impact music culture and gain status as a sincere rock band with intelligent lyrics and excellent craftsmanship... I play the bass guitar and my boyfriend is a lead guitarist. We want a singer and drummer, possibly a rhythm guitarist. ... He likes the Happy Mondays, the Stone Roses, also anything Blues and 70s rock and roll. I share his enthusiasms for the Madchester scene and for good old classic golden age 70s rock and roll but I am a little bit more experimental in taste...hence my love of the Fall and 80s industrial music.
