Hi,
I've recently started a mathy/indie band and I'm looking for a singer.
The ideas are big clean, bouncy guitars with lovely little riffs dancing between. We've got some really solid ideas that would benefit greatly from some strong melodies.
I'm after someone with a bit of confidence that can write a good vocal hook.
In terms of vocal styles, I think bands such as The National, Pile, Deep Sea Diver could fit nicely over what I have so far.
The band currently consists of 2 guitars, bass and drums and we're all in 30s.
We have a room at the Offquay in Ouseburn and practise Sunday mornings 10-2.
I've got a couple of recordings that I can send over, if interested.
