After the Dissolution of my successful local Ska/80's band, I'm considering another project to play round pubs and other venues in East Sussex and West Sussex.
Looking to gig roughly twice a month with rehersal once a week to begin
It would be a mix of Ska, 2 Tone, soul, Reggae motown, 60's R&B and northern soul.
This would include artists like Madness, Bad Manners, The specials, The Beat, Amy Winehouse, Joss Stone
I've got a list of the songs i propose to cover as a starter . Can send it if there is interest.
There are gigs in the diary this year and next year from my previous band we could cover. Also have promoter contacts.
I'm on the more mature side but age is only a number. Talent, experience, commitment, groove are more important.
