Experienced or semi-experienced drummer needed to complete a new ‘Blues Rock Power Trio’ combo based in the Birmingham/Wolverhampton areas. Our current line up consists of vocals/Bass and vocals/guitar. We’ve been practicing more regular recently, and now we’ve decided to take it up a level by recruiting additional members. Looking to do some gigs this summer.
Ideally, we’re looking for a drummer with good improvisational skills, and more importantly have a sense of humour, as we don’t take ourselves too seriously and we’re easy going!
If you’re interested then you must have your own transport, be reliable, own equipment, able to practice once a week, available to play a couple of gigs a month and at the weekends (potentially with some travel involved if it pays well). We’re both aged 40-50 but were open to all ages coming forward for audition, but must be located between Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
