Hi all. The band Ovidius Is Dead is looking for a bassist. Luca, Velio, Marios, and me (Sam) have have been playing together for about 6 months, we write all our own material and have a variety of rock/metal/punk influences from Protest The Hero to Anathema to Black Sabbath to Rise Against.
We rehearse at Brighton Electric every Friday and are currently getting a few songs in shape for recording with the plan to start gigging off the back of an e.p. come the summer. We're all social and easy going and whilst we're confident with the sound and would like to push this as far as we can, mainly it's just a good laugh with some like-minded individuals.
