| Description: | Really exciting gig opportunity for musicians. Alternative indie rock band Lights Out Lester have been offered the opportunity to support an established UK act, who have recently been nominated for a Mercury Prize. Lights Out Lester are looking to expand their band for this particular gig and are on the hunt for musicians with live performance experience. We are looking for: 1 Bassist (basic keyboard skill preferred) 1 Guitarist & Keyboard Player With either the bassist or guitarist having a good head voice/ capable falsetto singer. If this is an opportunity you are interested please send us a video where you improvise/ play a composition of your own and also play along to one of Lights Out Lester’s song. These can be found on their Soundcloud page (www.soundcloud.com/lightsoutlester). Use this video audition as an opportunity to introduce yourself, your experience and show off your skills. Once completed please email these to [email protected] The deadline for video submissions is Friday 19th at 23:00. Successful auditionees will be asked to have some availability to rehearse from now until the gig (November 1st) but we are happy to work around your schedule. We also ask that you are free the evenings leading up to the gig and the night itself Saturday 1st November 2014. This is entirely London-based. |
