Hi! I'm Sam, a bassist (and occasional drummer) insterested in playing pretty much anything outside of boy bands. Looking to get back into playing in a group, writing some songs and ruining some peoples' idea of a 'quiet evening'.
My favourite music is in the progressive metal area, but I listen to and play a lot of funky slap stuff, jazz, dub, soul and swing too.
I was part of a 30-piece jazz band at college and recorded a couple of records; I was also in a couple of garage bands playing covers and a few original at that time and throughout the next few years. |
