Charismatic Musicians & Live Sound Engineer wanted for new British Rock Band in London.
First album written and ready to record, rehearse and tour. Unique and original sound with extremely commercial songs containing articulate, humorous lyrics, strong melodies, hooks and riffs requiring talented musicians with passion and commitment. Songs with important, intelligent, engaging, political and popular themes.
Age and experience are not necessarily relevant, but raw talent, charisma, flair, visual style, professional work ethic and the ability to excite and blow away an audience with energetic performances most certainly are.
Experienced Lead Vocalist, Producer & Songwriter with four octave voice incorporating rock, jazz, blues, rhythm & blues, soul and opera is looking for talented musicians who want to be a part of something big and historic.
Only musicians ready to quit their day job in the next few months and embark on national and international tours should apply. Rehearsals and recording will take place in London within the next month or so. The first gigs for the seven piece band will be in the London area and then cover the rest of the country and international venues thereafter.
Influences are many but primarily ; Meatloaf, The Prodigy, Alice Cooper, David Bowie, Gary Numan, Sex Pistols, Shirley Bassey, Whitesnake, Gary Moore, Movie & Theatrical soundtracks, Electro, Techno, Industrial, Rhythm n' Blues, Orchestral, Opera etc etc
MUSICIANS WANTED ;
DRUMMER
Powerful, energetic and charismatic rock drummer with an open, experimental and imaginative mind able to play many styles from dance beats, hard rock and complex percussion arrangements alongside the playback of pre recorded and sampled sounds and a range of dance beats from assorted genres.
LEAD KEYBOARDIST
Must be versatile in many different styles from classical and orchestral to techno, electro, industrial, sampling and imaginative new sounds. A bit of energy, flair and charisma in concert will certainly be welcomed.
2ND KEYBOARDIST/SAMPLER/PERCUSSIONIST
Must be versatile in many different styles from classical and orchestral to techno, electro, industrial, sampling and imaginative new sounds. A bit of energy, flair and charisma in concert will certainly be welcomed.
LEAD GUITARIST
With a talent for improvisation and an ear for memorising tunes. With a love and capability of playing almost any kind of style from the Blues and tear-inducing ballad styles to bone-thumping heavy metal power chords in the style of Whitesnake, Ozzy Osborne and Gary Moore. A keenness for experimentation with FX pedals, feedback and brutal power chords is also desirable. And of course the ability to perform dextrous, speedy and show-stopping hard rock guitar solos in the classic style or with a bit of original style whilst wowing audiences with performances of energy, flair and charisma. Mainly to play lead licks, solos and some rhythmic parts whilst the Additional Guitarist plays mainly power chords and some rhythmic parts, although these varied duties could be shared and delegated on different songs..
ADDITIONAL GUITARIST

BASS PLAYER
With a talent for improvisation and an ear for memorising tunes. With a love and capability of playing almost any kind of style from slap, funk, the Blues and tear-inducing ballad styles to bone thumping heavy metal power chords in the style of Whitesnake, Ozzy Osborne and Gary Moore. A keenness for experimentation with FX pedals, feedback and brutal power chords is also desirable. And the ability to wow audiences with performances of energy, flair and charisma.
LIVE SOUND ENGINEER/SUPPORTING MUSICIAN/BACKING VOCALIST
Live Sound Engineer ; this could work as a shared position between two support musicians/percussionists/keyboard players/samplers/backing singers who could take it in turns to both Sound Engineer and then perform on stage with the band on alternate gigs until a full time Live Sound Engineer is recruited.

Contracts will be used for all the band's musicians from the outset that will outline royalty and shared income distributions and the required professional conduct, so only musicians with the highest professional aspirations and discipline should apply.
