I am 59 and have played in bands most of my life and can pretty much play anything on the bass. I also have often led bands and been the lead vocalist. I am very happy doing harmony vocals. I am really looking for musicians of reasonable competence (who are easy to get on with) to play and home-record with for fun, though I am not ruling out playing on stage with the right band. I lived in Australia for a number of years and have only been doing home recordings on computer in the last two years since I got back to the UK. I see playing now as primarily a social thing. |

I love all styles of music; started out playing the blues, but have spent most of my life playing in cover bands or doing a broad "pop-rock" style of original material. I write songs, but I don't really mind what I play. |
